A — Attitude of Gratitude
Write or say 3 things you're thankful for. Gratitude = happy brain!

R — Right Balance
Balance your time between work, rest, relationships, and quiet time.

R — Regular Quality Sleep
Aim for 7–9 hours of uninterrupted, restful sleep.

O — Outstanding Food Choices
Eat colorful, real foods (fruit, veggies, nuts). Read labels. Avoid what you can't pronounce!

W — Water
Sip water often — every 10–15 minutes.
